Rates are defaults. You can raise or lower yours up to ±50% based on demand in your market.
Pay the brokerage (default): Showing Hive pays your firm directly via ACH within 5 business days of the showing. Your brokerage compensates you per your existing arrangement. No 1099 from us — your brokerage handles agent comp and any tax forms downstream. No Stripe account needed.
Pay the agent directly: If your managing broker authorizes it (one click during approval), we can pay you directly via Stripe Connect. We collect a W-9 at signup and issue a 1099-NEC at the end of any year you earn $600 or more — same as how other showing platforms handle direct pay.
Showings booked through Showing Hive are included in the listing brokerage.s service. No separate charge.
